SENIOR COPYWRITER

 

Are you a versatile writer and strategic thinker who can work on everything from creative marketing copy for print and digital communications to content marketing and highly substantive thought leadership for our nationally recognized clients?

 

Our creative agency needs your superior writing skills and ability to think strategically to help push the creative boundaries for our Fortune 100 clients as you develop on-target messaging that drives engagement. You’ll develop both technical and creative B2B and B2B2C content using short, plain-speak copy with clear, on-point messaging. You’ll be able to adapt messaging across all marketing content, including direct mail, email, presentations, fact sheets, websites, social media, videos and other communications. And you’ll use your editorial skills to ensure every detail in the content is delivered with the exceptional accuracy our clients demand.

 

Projects are often highly complex, including variable copy for dynamically generated content, multiple versions and multiple channels. You'll be challenged to ask thoughtful, probing questions to gain the insights needed to position content effectively. You will manage your own workflow with demanding deadlines and interact seamlessly with other team members to keep projects on schedule.

 

We’re looking for….

  • A seasoned professional with at least 7 years professional marketing experience
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to adapt style, tone and voice to best suit each client and medium
  • An analytical mind and ability to use client data to develop and optimize creative strategies
  • Ability to think visually and work with designers to create highly effective communications
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance with style, usage and brand guidelines
  • Knowledge of both AP style and Chicago Manual of Style
  • Understanding of financial services content a big plus

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

 

We love designers who can take charge of a project and see it through to a successful conclusion without a lot of direction. Are you someone who understands complex problems as well as subtle details and can address them with thoughtful solutions? Someone who understands what it means to put the needs of clients first and exceed their expectations every time?

 

We're looking for a multi-talented designer with a minimum of three years corporate or agency experience. You must have an understanding of current print and web design trends and know how to communicate information in a clear—less is more—fashion. You must be self-motivated, excessively detail-oriented, able to demonstrate a track record of creativity and problem solving and possess the communication skills necessary to work effectively with our Fortune 100 clients. A positive, upbeat attitude, open mind and good sense of humor are essential. Only candidates with a strong work ethic and desire to grow with the position will be considered.   • Design and layout of a wide range of print and digital materials
  • Adapting marketing collateral to existing templates and brand standards
  • Designing complex graphs and charts from data sets
  • Working with our animators to design motion graphics for video and the web
  • Creating compelling visual presentations, with animation, in PowerPoint
