Are you a versatile writer and strategic thinker who can work on everything from creative marketing copy for print and digital communications to content marketing and highly substantive thought leadership for our nationally recognized clients?


Our creative agency needs your superior writing skills and ability to think strategically to help push the creative boundaries for our Fortune 100 clients as you develop on-target messaging that drives engagement. You’ll develop both technical and creative B2B and B2B2C content using short, plain-speak copy with clear, on-point messaging. You’ll be able to adapt messaging across all marketing content, including direct mail, email, presentations, fact sheets, websites, social media, videos and other communications. And you’ll use your editorial skills to ensure every detail in the content is delivered with the exceptional accuracy our clients demand.


Projects are often highly complex, including variable copy for dynamically generated content, multiple versions and multiple channels. You'll be challenged to ask thoughtful, probing questions to gain the insights needed to position content effectively. You will manage your own workflow with demanding deadlines and interact seamlessly with other team members to keep projects on schedule.


We’re looking for….

  • A seasoned professional with at least 7 years professional marketing experience
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to adapt style, tone and voice to best suit each client and medium
  • An analytical mind and ability to use client data to develop and optimize creative strategies
  • Ability to think visually and work with designers to create highly effective communications
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance with style, usage and brand guidelines
  • Knowledge of both AP style and Chicago Manual of Style
  • Understanding of financial services content a big plus

Are you a highly organized creative coordinator who lives and breathes the smallest details? Do you like the challenge of coordinating multiple, complex projects on tight deadlines? Do you constantly look for ways to make things better? If so, we want to talk to you.


We’re looking for a smart, administrative professional with an understanding of marketing and creative workflows, including print, digital and video. You’ll manage the production schedules, due dates and workflow for multiple projects simultaneously; manage calendars for team members; manage talent bookings and contracts; help continually improve administrative and software processes for managing projects. You will also be responsible for managing client-driven changes on projects and that standards and client needs are being met on a continuous basis. You must be able to answer client questions related to all creative deliverable projects. This includes timing and production questions, basic design and content questions and overall project management questions. Monitoring project progress, troubleshooting discrepancies, and ensuring corrective steps when necessary is a daily requirement.


Specific Responsibilities


  • Manage client inflows to in-house project management system for all new creative projects
  • Monitor internal resources to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
  • Maintain up-to-the-minute tracking of the status of all projects in progress
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly activity reports and time reports for all projects
  • Capture and distribute meeting notes related to project needs (kickoff calls, client reviews, etc.) from both internal and client teams
  • Offer innovative or creative ideas that add value to projects
  • Assist in estimating and invoicing and tracking billing
  • Ensure that compliance requirements are being met and that all client-mandated processes are up to date
  • Communicate with creative professionals and clients to schedule and organize projects.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office, and Mac OS programs
  • Understanding of marketing and creative processes and typical timelines
  • Thorough understanding and utilization of project management software.
  • Must possess superior phone and email communication skills
  • Superior project management, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects
  • Must be a creative and enthusiastic solution-oriented team player
  • Work well under pressure and with multiple deadlines
  • Adapt easily to suit the needs associated with Fortune 100 clients
  • Flexible, hyper-organized and attends to every detail




Minimum of 5 years in a project coordinator role

B.A. or B.S. or higher




Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Wrike project management or similar
